Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Update records and follow up with customers when needed.
Work efficiently to meet targets and KPIs.
Eligibility Criteria
Must have own CNIC and Laptop (Mandatory).
Age must be under 30 years.
Rejoiners are not allowed.
Minimum Intermediate education (completed).
