We are looking for a Data Entry & Research Specialist to search, collect, and organize customer data from the internet and compile it into an Excel sheet. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have experience in web research, and be proficient in data entry with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

✅ Internet Research: Search and collect customer data from various online sources, directories, and business listings.

✅ Data Entry: Input and organize the collected information into an Excel sheet in a structured format.

✅ Data Validation: Verify the accuracy of the data and remove duplicate or incorrect entries.

✅ Lead Generation: Identify and compile potential leads or customer contacts based on given criteria.

✅ Maintain Database: Keep customer records up to date and categorized properly.

✅ Use of Tools: Utilize Google Sheets, Excel, and online data collection tools efficiently.


Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry and online research.

Strong ability to search and extract information from the web.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data formatting.

Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.


Preferred Skills

Experience in lead generation and data mining.

Knowledge of web scraping tools (not mandatory but a plus).

Basic understanding of business directories and databases.
